Role Overview

As a Senior Java Engineer, the candidate will take charge of building clean, scalable backend architecture within a high-performance setting. Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain clean, testable, and scalable Java-based backend services independently.
Partner closely with mobile, web, QA, product, and backend teams to deliver impactful features.
Own specific functional domains and large-scale architecture components.
Utilize AI coding assistants extensively across every stage of the software development lifecycle.
Ensure predictable production performance, robust scalability, and comprehensive test coverage.

Requirements

Extensive professional production background utilizing Java and its surrounding ecosystem.
Deep familiarity with relational database concepts, specifically PostgreSQL, and messaging tools like Kafka.
Strong capabilities in system design, debugging, and complex troubleshooting.
Proactive mindset and daily comfort utilizing AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
Practical ability to critically evaluate, refine, and take full responsibility for AI-generated code.
English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
