Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary, day-to-day HR partner for regional leaders across EMEA and APAC.

Own end-to-end employee relations case management, formal investigations, and workplace practices within the region.
Collaborate daily with the Head of Employment Law to ensure compliant, consistent, and compassionate handling of all matters.
Reduce legal risk by maintaining high standards of practice and efficient time-to-resolution metrics.
