Role Overview

Perk is hiring a Senior Gtm Engineer for its Barcelona office to design and operate data infrastructure, Clay-based enrichment systems, and AI-driven workflows. Operating within the Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering function, the professional builds sophisticated workflows from scratch, engineers AI-powered enrichment pipelines, and translates signal-based prospecting strategies into production-ready systems. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Systems, and works closely with Sales leadership and the central GTM Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Own the design, build, and maintenance of Clay tables, waterfall enrichment flows, and AI column logic that power the outbound engine.
Engineer multi-step Clay workflows using webhooks, HTTP API integrations, and conditional branching to automate account and contact sourcing.
Build and iterate on AI prompt layers within Clay using LLM columns to generate personalised outreach snippets and research account context.
Construct and maintain signal-based prospecting systems that ingest buying triggers and route them into prioritised Clay tables for Sales activation.
Evaluate and implement AI tooling, including LLM-based research agents, AI SDRs, and prompt-engineered enrichment flows.
Maintain accurate account and contact data across Salesforce and connected GTM tools with automated hygiene rules.
Configure and maintain the core GTM stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Clay to support high-volume outbound activity.

Requirements

Six plus years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment with a strong technical orientation.
Hands-on Clay expertise building complex tables, waterfall enrichment flows, webhook integrations, and AI column prompts in production.
Direct experience applying AI to GTM workflows, including prompt engineering for LLM-based enrichment and AI-powered personalisation.
Salesforce proficiency covering custom objects, flows, reports, and data integrity logic.
Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach or SalesLoft and their integration with CRM and enrichment tooling.
Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and lightweight automation tools such as Make or Zapier without requiring engineering support.
Strong data instincts focused on keeping data clean, catching decay early, and maintaining data foundations for Sales.

Nice to Have

Experience building signal-based outbound systems using intent data, hiring signals, or funding triggers via Clay or similar infrastructure.
Familiarity with GTM data providers such as Clearbit, Apollo, PredictLeads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Bombora.
Exposure to Gong data and conversation intelligence for informing outbound strategy or sequence design.
Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment.
