Role Overview

As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will shape and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, expand market share, and strengthen market penetration within the gaming and 3D industries. Working out of the Bay Area office, you will partner directly with the sales organization to generate high-quality leads, nurture prospective clients, and optimize conversion pathways.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement targeted B2B marketing initiatives focused on the 3D and gaming markets to drive market share.
Partner directly with the sales department to align outreach efforts, supplying actionable insights, content, and collateral.
Produce specialized marketing assets that assist sales professionals in engaging prospects and guiding them through the pipeline.
Perform thorough market research to pinpoint consumer needs, analyze competitive dynamics, and uncover new business opportunities.
Track, evaluate, and refine marketing performance alongside the sales group to continually enhance lead quality and conversion results.
Balance high-level strategic planning with daily hands-on execution in a dynamic startup setting.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in growth marketing, ideally within the 3D or gaming sectors.
Solid comprehension of 3D modeling, 3D printing, or game development tools to build messaging that connects with the target audience.
Demonstrated track record of partnering successfully with sales professionals to improve conversion metrics.
Collaborative team player capable of thriving in cross-functional settings.
Self-motivated professional who operates effectively and independently in an evolving atmosphere.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
