Role Overview

The Senior Fullstack Engineer will take ownership of complex product features from architecture and data modeling to user interfaces. Working in Berlin, this professional will translate product ideas into production-grade user experiences and contribute to both backend infrastructure and frontend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Own complex product features end-to-end, covering architecture, data modeling, and performance.
Build pixel-perfect user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and component libraries.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to define scope and shape technical direction.
Evolve backend infrastructure and frontend design systems to ensure scalability.
Drive innovation by improving developer experience and introducing new capabilities across the stack.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional fullstack engineering experience.
Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
Strong architectural instincts for designing clean, maintainable, and scalable systems.
Experience designing and implementing APIs like REST, GraphQL, or gRPC.
Strong communication skills, high ownership, and the ability to work autonomously.
A collaborative, empathetic, and hard-working approach to teamwork.

Nice to Have

Active contributions to open-source software projects.
Deployed side or hobby projects available for review.
Experience launching a company or working at a high-growth startup.
