Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI Cost Visibility
About this role
The engineering team at DoiT builds Cloud Intelligence solutions that help global organizations understand and manage complex multicloud environments. They are developing an AI cost visibility product within this suite to help platform engineers and FinOps practitioners track and make sense of rising cloud bills driven by model APIs, GPUs, and agentic tools.
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will own this product end-to-end, shaping its roadmap from backend data ingestion services in Go to React interfaces that visualize cost data. The role exists because tracking AI spend is an emerging market challenge, and the team needs an experienced builder who can operate in ambiguity, use AI-augmented workflows daily, and turn raw usage data into clear financial insights.
What you will do
- Take features from initial customer pain points through design, implementation, release, and ongoing iteration.
- Understand AI spend mechanics, token pricing, and GPU economics to build domain-relevant product capabilities.
- Integrate AI tools across daily workflows for coding, debugging, prototyping, and documentation.
- Design and scale backend services in Go alongside responsive product interfaces in TypeScript and React.
- Develop API-first capabilities so both human users and automated agents can drive the platform.
- Set high engineering standards through design reviews, mentorship, and robust development practices.
What you need
- Bring seven or more years of professional software engineering experience with multi-tenant SaaS products.
- Demonstrate strong backend proficiency in Go for building reliable APIs and data processing services.
- Possess solid experience with TypeScript and modern React for creating intuitive user interfaces.
- Show working familiarity with public cloud providers like GCP, AWS, or Azure alongside analytical SQL stores.
- Apply product-oriented thinking to focus on user value and problem definition rather than just technical output.
- Maintain an AI-augmented working style with concrete experience using AI tools across the development lifecycle.
- Communicate clearly in English with strong self-organization and comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
