Key Responsibilities

Lead, grow, and mentor the Ad Performance Recommendation team through regular one-on-ones, coaching, and career development planning.
Drive the creation of AdTech-specific machine learning models, predictive capabilities, and simulation techniques.
Optimize current models to ensure high performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate across functions to guarantee that artificial intelligence features generate measurable business value and customer impact.
Ensure all machine learning applications strictly adhere to ethical, security, and privacy standards.
Partner with the recruitment team to source, interview, and close top-tier engineering talent.
Shape the long-term architecture and artificial intelligence strategy alongside fellow platform leaders.

Requirements

Seven plus years of experience building products and services.
Five plus years of experience applying machine learning to real-world scenarios.
Three plus years of experience leading professional teams.
Proven background in delivering scalable machine learning systems into production.
Master of Science or Doctor of Philosophy in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or Physics.
Understanding of security and compliance requirements related to personal data handling.
Proficiency in working three days per week at the Berlin office.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
