Operating as a strategic partner to product, engineering, and design, the incoming specialist will drive decisions regarding roadmap prioritization and feature investment across core booking platforms and AI-powered offerings. The team combines human expertise with frontier AI tools to modernize the travel industry, ensuring that every employee gains hands-on experience in AI fluency.
Foundational to the data science and analytics team, this hire will own product data lifecycles, design experiments, and build predictive models that personalize user interactions. What you will do
- Lead deep analyses of product usage and advisor behavior to shape upcoming product features and roadmap prioritization.
- Own the full lifecycle of product data from instrumentation and event definitions through to actionable insights.
- Design and analyze experiments across core product surfaces while defining company-wide best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design partners to develop product roadmaps, launch features, and measure success.
- Build models to predict user behavior and deliver personalized product experiences.
- Raise the bar across the data team by mentoring peers, establishing best practices, and shaping tools and standards.
What you need
- Bring 5+ years of experience in product data science, product analytics, or consumer analytics.
- Demonstrate experience designing and analyzing product experiments, including causal inference techniques.
- Show hands-on capability in building predictive models and applying machine learning techniques.
- Possess advanced SQL skills along with preferred proficiency in Python or another scripting language.
- Bring practical experience with a modern cloud data stack such as Airbyte, BigQuery, dbt, Hex, Omni, or equivalents.
- Utilize LLM tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenAI Codex to accelerate analysis and prototyping.
- Exhibit strong communication, storytelling skills, and a deeply curious, pragmatic drive to learn.

Where is this job located?
This role is based in the New York City office located in Tribeca or Fidi with natural light and great views. Authorization to work in the United States is required for full-time roles based in this office.
What is the compensation range for this position?
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $130K to $185K plus equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired.
