Role Overview

As a Senior Business Psychologist, the professional will lead the creation and validation of innovative recruitment assessments and tools. Working closely with cross-functional groups including AI scientists, psychometricians, and customer success teams, the individual will shape the future of hiring through rigorous scientific methods. The role involves guiding clients through the complete assessment lifecycle, conducting advanced research, and ensuring that all hiring technologies adhere to strict ethical and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate strong partnerships with clients to guide them through the entire assessment lifecycle, from initial needs analysis to final results interpretation.
Apply robust psychological methodologies and theories to refine assessment and selection procedures.
Conduct targeted research to identify essential competencies and psychological factors across various roles and industries.
Build custom assessment tools and competency frameworks tailored specifically to client needs and high psychometric standards.
Ensure all test banks remain diverse, inclusive, and aligned with modern workforce requirements.
Translate complex statistical insights and validation studies into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders.
Represent the organization at industry conferences and webinars by presenting original findings and research.
Educate internal teams and external audiences on the ethical integration of AI technologies within recruitment processes.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated background in conducting job analyses and designing competency frameworks for clients.
Strong familiarity with AI applications, automated scoring systems, and ethical compliance standards in assessments.
Advanced expertise in psychometric methods, validation studies, and assessment design.
Exceptional research skills to execute studies that support product development and thought leadership.
Strong writing abilities for generating white papers, technical reports, and client-facing documentation.
Solid understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles to minimize bias in recruitment tools.
Confidence in public speaking for presenting at meetings, conferences, and client events.
