In this capacity, the incoming architect helps clients implement innovative technology solutions that elevate customer experiences and streamline workflows across both front and back offices.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with clients to evaluate their technical and business objectives, designing robust solutions to resolve operational challenges.
Transform complex business goals into structured technical strategies and direct their implementation.
Create thorough technical paperwork, including statements of work, to keep project participants aligned.
Oversee the end-to-end validation, release, and rollout of solutions to maintain high performance and quality benchmarks.
Guide and train distributed teams on best practices and proper adherence to approved solution architectures.
Explain intricate technical ideas clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of background in client-facing development, focusing heavily on solution design and architecture.
Strong command of front-end web standards alongside back-end programming experience in Node.js.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, alongside artificial intelligence tooling and the SaaS lifecycle.
Proven capability to partner effectively alongside engineering colleagues throughout agile delivery phases.
Strong critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills, and an initiative-driven attitude toward client support.

Nice to Have

Background working within financial services, contact centers, or telephony and VoIP environments.
Knowledge regarding the deployment of serverless architectures, artificial intelligence, big data, or other advanced enterprise tools.
Professional certifications focused on solution architecture or major cloud platforms.
