Role Overview

CodeRoad hires a Senior AI Product Owner to guide the discovery and deployment of artificial intelligence applications for an enterprise client. The professional acts as the primary link between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

Own the AI Product Backlog and Strategy by defining use cases, prioritizing tasks, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria
Establish AI Quality and Evaluation Frameworks to monitor risks, review outputs, and manage release readiness
Orchestrate Delivery Across Cross-Functional PODs by managing sprint planning and balancing innovation with stability and cost control
Drive Stakeholder and Compliance Alignment through workshops, client demonstrations, and governance approvals
Manage Project Operations and Risk Log by tracking milestones, cloud budgets, and potential technical risks

Requirements

At least 4 years of product owner or product manager experience shipping software, including direct work with LLM-powered applications
Understanding of LLM evaluation methods, prompt engineering, guardrails, and telemetry metrics
Technical depth to assess engineering trade-offs regarding model selection, vector search, and security
Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence
Background in client-facing consulting or senior stakeholder management
Advanced C1+ English fluency in spoken and written communication

Nice to Have

Experience building AI solutions in financial services or regulated sectors
Familiarity with the Azure AI ecosystem and Microsoft enterprise data stack
Operational experience with Managed Service Providers and IT outsourcers
Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen, and observability tools like LangSmith or Arize
