Role Overview

CodeRoad seeks a technical authority to design, build, and run enterprise-grade autonomous agent systems connected to the Salesforce platform. The position focuses on implementing stateful multi-agent workflows using frontier large language models, Model Context Protocol, and modern orchestration frameworks to connect complex business logic with software engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design stateful multi-agent coordination graphs utilizing LangGraph or custom DAG loops for dynamic task breakdown, supervisor orchestration, human intervention escalation, and automatic error recovery.
Construct standardized Model Context Protocol servers and connectors to securely provide Salesforce tools, objects, actions, and operational context to agent runners.
Refine query routing and context engineering across model tiers like Claude Sonnet, Opus, and Haiku to balance latency, accuracy, and token expenses.
Create automated evaluation harnesses using Promptfoo, Ragas, or DeepEval within CI/CD pipelines to benchmark grounding, schema validity, and hallucination reduction.
Deploy full-stack observability and security measures using LangSmith or Langfuse alongside input sanitization, field-level security, and PII scrubbing.
Direct technical delivery standards by establishing API interface contracts and architectural blueprints for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

Seven or more years of practical enterprise software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, or Apex.
Three or more years of production experience creating, evaluating, and scaling LLM-powered applications and autonomous multi-agent workflows.
Expert proficiency in LangGraph, LangChain, Anthropic Claude APIs, Model Context Protocol, and observability tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or OpenTelemetry.
Practical experience using automated LLM evaluation suites including Promptfoo, Ragas, or LLM-as-a-judge patterns for automated test gates.
Strong diagnostic debugging skills for resolving non-deterministic LLM behavior, context degradation, and latency issues.
Ability to explain complex AI mechanics as architectural roadmaps for technical and non-technical audiences.
Fluent written and spoken professional English for direct client consultations.

Nice to Have

Integration experience with Salesforce APIs including REST, Composite, Bulk, SOQL, SOSL, Platform Events, and Connected Apps.
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, vector search capabilities, and Agentforce architectural patterns.
Experience deploying containerized Model Context Protocol servers within enterprise customer relationship management security boundaries.
Exposure to Spec-Driven Development methodologies for AI-assisted software delivery.
