Role Overview

Peec AI is hiring a Senior Account Executive to expand its presence across the EMEA region. In this position, the professional will manage the entire sales lifecycle from the initial conversation to the final agreement, targeting growth, marketing, and SEO leaders within enterprise, mid-market, and agency organizations throughout the territory. The role reports directly to the Head of Sales, EMEA, and involves shaping the territory based on market demand and individual strengths.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the complete sales cycle across the EMEA territory, handling everything from discovery and product demonstrations to negotiations and closing.
Develop a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, collaborating directly with the SDR team to target specific accounts and refine messaging.
Maintain accurate CRM records and realistic sales forecasts with a clear understanding of deal stages.
Cultivate enduring client relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion as customer AI search strategies evolve.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a software sales role carrying a quota.
Proven history of consistently exceeding a sales quota of €1M or higher.
Independent and proactive mindset with the ability to generate a personal pipeline.
Excellent communication skills with the capability to clearly articulate a new category story.
Residence in Berlin or willingness to relocate, with readiness to work from the office five days a week.

Nice to Have

Documented history of achieving President's Club recognition.
Background in launching new territories or markets from the ground up.
Previous experience working within a venture-backed, high-growth startup.
Familiarity with selling martech, SEO, or analytics software.
Proficiency in additional European languages.
Prior knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
