Security Technology Deployment Specialist

Within the Global Safety, Intelligence, and Security team, this role will own the validation, standardization, and deployment of physical security technology across a rapidly expanding global office portfolio. The person in this position will bridge the gap between technology selection and production operations by establishing installation standards, configuration baselines, and deployment processes for access control, video management, and AI analytics tools. Someone who succeeds here brings deep technical expertise in physical security infrastructure, collaborates seamlessly across IT and InfoSec departments, and thrives in high-growth environments where scalability and repeatability are paramount.
What you will do
- The specialist validates and deploys new and replacement physical security technology platforms across all company locations.
- Staging environments are built and maintained to pre-test hardware, firmware, and system configurations prior to production rollout.
- Installation standards, configuration baselines, and maintenance procedures are defined for every deployed security platform.
- The engineer coordinates single sign-on integration and information security reviews for newly deployed applications with IT teams.
- Health monitoring platforms are initialized for deployed hardware to ensure operational visibility from day one.
- Standardized deployment playbooks, checklists, and handoff documentation are developed to enable repeatable installations.
What you need
- Candidates must have five or more years of hands-on experience deploying, validating, and managing enterprise physical security technology.
- Applicants need demonstrated experience deploying security technology across a large number of sites or within a high-growth environment.
- The role requires experience building standardized deployment processes, playbooks, and configuration templates.
- Professionals must have experience collaborating across InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Identity Management teams.
- Familiarity with IP networking, VLANs, PoE, and infrastructure requirements for security devices is essential.
- Candidates must be comfortable with twenty-five percent travel for site deployments, commissioning, and validation.

- Previous experience at a hyper-growth technology company or managing security technology programs for high-profile corporate environments

What is the remote work and travel policy for this role?
Anthropic expects all staff to be in one of the offices at least twenty-five percent of the time, though some roles may require more time on-site. Additionally, this position requires approximately twenty-five percent travel for site deployments, commissioning, and validation.
What is the compensation range for this position?
The annual salary range for this role is between $180,000 and $230,000 USD. Compensation details are determined based on internal job level requirements.
What technology tools will I be working with?
The tech stack includes Genetec Security Center, Axis cameras, Wavelynx, Commend Symphony Cloud, Alcatraz.ai, Ambient.ai, SureView, and Envoy. Candidates may also use Python or PowerShell for configuration management and deployment automation.
