This team creates Claude products and drives their adoption through a quickly growing group of researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working on large-scale AI efforts.
As the Sales Enablement Partner for Claude Products, this individual will teach the global field organization how to use company products effectively and position them credibly with customers. The role involves turning fast-moving technical developments into enablement content, ensuring sellers are power users of Claude, and bridging the gap between product engineering and sales execution.
What you will do
- Own product enablement for the global field organization across new launches, existing capabilities, and the product roadmap.
- Build programs that establish Anthropic sellers as expert users of Claude for their daily work.
- Create enablement materials that equip the field to position products effectively with technical and business buyers.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI teams to gain early visibility into upcoming releases and shape how they reach the field.
- Anticipate which new product surfaces require significant enablement investment and make the case for those resources before launch.
- Build and maintain a product certification path that credentials sellers on core products.
- Establish feedback loops to relay field and customer signals regarding product gaps back to Product and Product Marketing.
What you need
- Experience bridging sales and technical audiences in a role like solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical enablement, product marketing, or technical account management.
- Hands-on and regular use of AI assistants and agentic tools in real-world workflows.
- Working technical knowledge of how LLM products work, such as prompting, context, tool use, and APIs, sufficient to demo live and answer technical questions.
- Experience translating complex and fast-moving technical products into enablement content like demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, or training curricula.
- Experience writing and presenting technical material for audiences with varying levels of technical depth.

- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or developer tooling

- Prior experience as a solutions engineer or sales engineer carrying a technical win

The annual On Target Earnings compensation range for this role is $190,000 to $270,000 USD, which includes sales commissions or bonuses alongside the annual base salary.
