About this role
Partnering directly with regional sales leadership from Singapore, the first member of the Revenue Strategy & Operations team in Southeast Asia shapes business planning, territory design, and market prioritization across diverse regional markets. Much of the daily work is hands-on, involving the creation of operational foundations, execution of go-to-market strategies, and daily use of Claude to amplify productivity while collaborating closely with peers globally and across Asia-Pacific.
This position functions as a trusted advisory role for regional sales operations, requiring structured thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous open-ended questions into clear recommendations that align cross-functional teams without direct authority. The person in this role will handle everything from quarterly planning and pipeline reviews to commercial governance and the localization of global programs across multi-country enterprise sales cycles.
Ideal candidates are structured thinkers with significant B2B SaaS and enterprise software background who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess the confidence to advise senior leadership. Starting as a senior individual contributor, the successful applicant will have opportunities to build and lead a small team as the region scales, with regular travel required across Southeast Asia.
What you will do
- Lead annual and quarterly go-to-market planning for the region in collaboration with sales leadership and Finance by setting targets, territories, and sales capacity.
- Design market segmentation and territory coverage plans for large enterprises, business groups, and fast-growing technology companies across multiple countries.
- Drive the operating rhythm of the region through weekly forecast reviews and monthly business reviews to ensure decisions are made effectively.
- Provide sales leadership with independent assessments of regional performance, pipeline health, and market consumption accompanied by recommended courses of action.
- Implement global programs, processes, and tools within the region while serving as the regional voice back to company headquarters.
- Manage commercial governance standards including account decisions, planning inputs, and data hygiene in partnership with global Revenue Operations.
What you need
- Possess 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software, including several years leading sales strategy or commercial go-to-market work.
- Demonstrate structured thinking with a proven track record of converting ambiguous problems into clear options, recommendations, and decisions.
- Show analytical depth by independently extracting insights from raw data to determine the essential metrics leaders need to see.
- Have hands-on experience owning annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and business reviews for multi-country enterprise sales teams.
- Demonstrate practical proficiency using Salesforce and data reporting tools for direct analysis rather than purely administrative tasks.
- Exhibit professional presence and judgement when interacting with C-level stakeholders and senior sales leadership, including the confidence to deliver difficult recommendations.
Nice to have

- Experience building and leading a small team, or clear readiness to do so as the function scales
- Go-to-market experience with partners, resellers, or cloud marketplaces in the region
- Professional proficiency in one or more regional languages in addition to English
