Role Overview

Anthropic is hiring a Revenue Strategy & Operations professional to join the team in Seoul, South Korea. This senior individual-contributor role suits a structured thinker who excels at turning ambiguous questions into clear recommendations and driving strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

Own the annual and quarterly go-to-market planning for Korea, including setting targets, designing territories, and managing sales capacity alongside Finance and sales leadership.
Analyze sales performance, forecast data, and pipeline metrics to identify risks and opportunities early, providing actionable recommendations to sales leaders.
Coordinate the rhythm of the business for Korea, running weekly forecast reviews as well as monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Manage local commercial processes such as account modifications, planning inputs, and data quality maintenance through the global Revenue Operations team.
Support execution with channel partners and resellers, emphasizing co-selling activities, joint planning, and pipeline management.

Requirements

Professional background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud computing, focusing on sales strategy, commercial go-to-market, or revenue operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and structured recommendations.
Hands-on experience with enterprise sales planning tasks, including quota setting, territory design, and annual business reviews.
Proficiency in operating Salesforce daily for reports, dashboards, and independent analysis.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, partnering effectively with C-level stakeholders and senior sales leadership.
Fluent Korean language skills for interacting with major domestic enterprises, alongside business-level English proficiency for internal communication and management.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience in a relevant field.

Nice to Have

Eight or more years of relevant professional experience.
Background in management consulting focusing on operational or strategic initiatives within operating companies.
Track record of helping scale B2B software sales organizations through rapid growth phases exceeding 3x.
Previous experience in Business Operations or Chief of Staff roles supporting regional leadership.
Familiarity with the broader Asia-Pacific commercial landscape.
