Modern Treasury is hiring a full-time Revenue Operations Systems Admin in San Francisco to manage and build out the revenue technology stack. This position is ideal for an experienced systems professional who wants hands-on ownership of crucial sales and marketing tools.

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Systems Admin acts as the primary builder for revenue systems at Modern Treasury, working extensively with Salesforce, LeanData, Chili Piper, and HubSpot. Instead of just maintaining existing setups, the person in this role handles a substantial backlog of structural projects, including an account hierarchy rebuild, lead-routing redesign, customer lifecycle modeling, and a new opportunity data model. This AI-first position integrates daily artificial intelligence tools into the build process and collaborates closely with Engineering to deploy automated agents for go-to-market workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts across Salesforce.
Design and execute routing and workflow configurations across the complete tech stack, securing sign-off from the GTM Ops and Analytics Lead for complex changes.
Lead the implementation of major structural redesigns such as account hierarchies, lead routing, and product data models.
Identify repetitive go-to-market rules and work alongside Engineering to construct AI agents for automation.
Utilize daily AI tools to accelerate building while taking full responsibility for shipped outputs.
Address daily operational requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, including data cleanup, workflow corrections, and scheduling fixes.
Support financial forecasting and revenue models by ensuring accurate data inputs.
Exercise strong judgment regarding when external specialists are needed for specific builds.

Requirements

Bring 4 to 7+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce alongside a broader go-to-market stack like LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Hex, or similar platforms.
Highly capable with artificial intelligence, using AI tools daily to build rapidly and standing behind the final outputs.
Comfortable taking complete ownership of execution and proposing original designs for day-to-day and recurring changes.
Possess strong communication skills to proactively flag project statuses and potential risks.
Collaborative team member who brings constructive solutions and pressure-tests designs without needing to own overall strategy.
Able to determine when a build requires an outside specialist.

Nice to Have

Comfort working in Hex or a similar business intelligence tool for occasional dashboard support, though this position does not manage primary reporting.
