About this role
Researchers who thrive on solving complex problems at the intersection of agent capabilities, human-computer interaction, and infrastructure will find a strong fit within this group. The team investigates how to build, align, and scale frontier AI systems capable of handling multi-step tasks across text and speech domains. Interns will tackle challenges related to alignment, reliability, and scalability by designing training recipes, curating datasets for scientific tasks, and studying agent failure modes.
Together AI operates an AI-native cloud platform that provides high-performance inference, fine-tuning, and pre-training for developers. This role exists to push the boundaries of what AI agents can reliably accomplish through a combination of algorithmic innovation, dataset design, and systems work. Successful individuals will enjoy operating in a fast-paced environment where they can contribute to scientific publications and collaborate closely with industry-leading engineers.
What you will do
