About this role

Dandelion Health is developing the world's largest platform for AI training and clinical development. The company aims to simplify data access for AI developers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical devices, while prioritizing patient safety and data quality. The long-term vision is to establish a platform where any healthcare organization can build responsible clinical AI products. The team partners with health systems to ethically provide de-identified patient data, which includes extensive multimodal data such as structured records, clinical notes, images, and video. This role is crucial for leveraging this rich dataset to drive meaningful insights for clients building health-focused AI products.

This Research Consultant Data Scientist will work directly with clients to develop data science solutions and analyze AI-ready datasets. The focus will be on curating data by identifying patient cohorts and pooling multimodal information to support rapid exploratory AI/ML, Real-World Evidence analyses, and model validation. The consultant will take ownership of the entire analytics research lifecycle, from initial study design and data curation strategies to final delivery of results. This position exists to ensure the highest quality data is delivered to clients, enabling them to improve patient health through AI applications.
