What you will do
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of both onsite and virtual candidate interviews within a fast-paced environment.
- Handle all candidate logistics promptly and accurately while hosting visitors onsite with a warm and memorable approach.
- Partner closely with stakeholders, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver consistent service and high-quality work.
- Maintain data integrity by updating candidate records in the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and evaluate recruitment strategies to increase overall efficiency.
