Role Overview

Recruiter, International Business – Anthropic, Dublin. This full-time position is suited for recruiters with strong experience in either G&A or Go-to-Market hiring across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of G&A or GTM roles in the EMEA region, from intake to offer.
Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, set hiring standards, and design sourcing plans.
Identify and engage both active and passive talent, ensuring diverse and competitive candidate pipelines.
Conduct structured, candidate-focused interview processes that maintain Anthropic’s hiring standards.
Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the process to provide a consistent experience.
Partner with the Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to craft offers and guide candidates to acceptance.
Track pipeline metrics and share insights to support hiring manager decisions.

Requirements

Proven ability to close high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
Knowledge of the EMEA talent landscape and experience recruiting across multiple countries.
Strong stakeholder management skills, building trust with hiring managers.
Excellent organizational abilities to handle several searches simultaneously.
Direct communication style with a bias toward action.
Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission of safe and beneficial AI.

Nice to Have

At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A (Finance, Legal, People) or GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships).
Recruiting experience at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine-learning company.
Experience hiring for both G&A and GTM functions.
Track record of recruiting across multiple EMEA markets, especially the UK and Ireland.
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
Additional European language skills relevant to regional hiring.
