Role Overview

As a G&A Recruiter at Anthropic, the individual will drive full-cycle recruiting for various General and Administrative departments, including Finance, Legal, People, and Operations. The ideal candidate takes complete ownership of their portfolio, leverages data to eliminate bottlenecks, and actively champions the company culture and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle recruitment across all G&A functions, adapting compensation benchmarks, candidate profiles, and assessment criteria appropriately.
Shift fluidly between high-volume hiring and strategic senior searches without compromising on quality or candidate care.
Manage a heavy requisition load across multiple stakeholders, utilizing data and systems to prioritize and address issues proactively.
Develop repeatable, scalable hiring processes while experimenting with AI and automation tools to boost workflow efficiency.
Consult hiring managers by sharing market insights, calibrating profiles, and offering constructive guidance during the hiring lifecycle.
Protect company culture by screening for mission alignment alongside functional capability.

Requirements

Demonstrated track record of successful recruitment across diverse G&A role types and organizational levels.
Experience balancing high-volume pipelines alongside strategic, complex searches.
History of managing heavy requisition loads for multiple hiring managers using data-driven prioritization.
Experience building repeatable processes and leveraging automation or AI tools to increase productivity.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the confidence to provide constructive pushback.
Bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education, training, and professional experience.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $175,000 to $240,000 USD.
