Serving as the primary talent partner for the Communications team, this professional will own full-lifecycle searches from initial intake through final offer. What you will do
- Partner directly with the Communications team to own searches from intake through the offer stage.
- Advise senior leaders on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and effective closing strategies.
- Find and engage passive candidates through creative and targeted sourcing channels.
- Build trust with leadership while utilizing data to push back and guide hiring decisions.
- Run an organized, high-touch recruitment process that respects candidate time and drives quick decisions.
- Translate hiring data into actionable recommendations rather than simple status updates.
- Handle executive and confidential searches with discretion in a fast-paced environment.
