Role Overview

The Project Manager (Value & Delivery) operates at the centre of WPP's Enterprise AI adoption and measurement capability. Reporting directly to the Programme Manager (Value & Delivery), the individual in this role owns the data, analytics, and reporting frameworks that allow senior leadership to track how AI tools are utilized and where business value is generated. Working within the technology and innovation department, the position involves transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable executive insights.

Key Responsibilities

Own, configure, and enhance the Enterprise AI reporting framework, utilizing Viva Insights dashboards and benchmark tools for executive decision-making.
Lead usage and adoption tracking across multiple Microsoft 365 environments to consolidate performance and engagement views.
Build, maintain, and improve the Power BI reporting estate along with underlying data models.
Integrate workforce and organizational data to facilitate meaningful analysis across diverse regions, functions, and business groups.
Reconcile and validate readiness, adoption, and impact metrics to guarantee accurate and trusted reporting.
Support value realisation initiatives by maintaining measurement methodologies and testing assumptions behind stated outcomes.
Produce executive reporting packs that turn complex data points into distinct business recommendations and actions.
Assist in delivering the wider Enterprise AI opportunity pipeline through performance insights and analytics.
Partner with stakeholders across business teams, technology, and transformation to spot emerging trends and areas for enhancement.

Requirements

Hands-on background utilizing Microsoft Copilot, Viva Insights, and Microsoft 365 adoption programmes.
Demonstrated Power BI expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable reporting solutions.
Practical history in data analytics, business intelligence, performance reporting, or programme measurement inside a complex multinational setting.
Proven data modelling capability with confidence combining multiple data sources into a single trusted view.
Advanced Excel skills alongside experience handling large, intricate datasets.
Ability to derive actionable insights, trends, and recommendations beyond simple numerical reporting.
Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a commitment to data quality.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation abilities.
Delivery-focused perspective oriented toward building solutions rather than just generating reports.

Nice to Have

Exposure to workforce analytics and Workday data.
Background supporting digital adoption or enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with ROI reporting, business value measurement, or benefits tracking.
Prior experience working inside a global matrix organization, particularly in professional services, media, technology, or consulting.
