Support the intake, qualification, and prioritization of incoming artificial intelligence opportunities.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and deployment protocols to guarantee that solutions are production-ready.
Drive adoption strategies that encompass onboarding, training, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with compliance, governance, and security teams to satisfy enterprise standards.

Requirements

Extensive background in delivering technology, data, automation, platform, or transformation programs within complex corporate environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously in a portfolio delivery structure.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering competencies to convert broad challenges into buildable solutions.
Technical confidence and fluency when collaborating with engineering teams, evaluating trade-offs, and supporting decisions.
Experience in managing external vendors, offshore teams, and delivery partners.
Robust project governance expertise, covering stakeholder communication and RAID management.
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and associated tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
Clear understanding of automation, AI, and digital technologies along with an interest in improving business outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

Exposure to enterprise workflow transformation, automation, or artificial intelligence programs.
Practical background working with Jira, Azure DevOps, or alternative Agile platforms.
