Role Overview

As a Programme Manager for Enterprise AI, the candidate sits at the centre of WPP's Enterprise AI adoption and measurement capability. The professional owns the data, reporting, and analytics that enable senior leaders to understand how AI is being adopted, where value is created, and what actions are necessary to accelerate impact. This position involves combining strong analytical and data modelling expertise with a delivery mindset to build trusted executive reporting and integrate data from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recurring cadence of adoption, utilisation, and value reporting to ensure weekly and monthly cycles are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Track licence utilisation and adoption across the Enterprise AI estate to help identify optimisation opportunities and support investment decisions.
Maintain benefits and ROI tracking against agreed business cases, ensuring clear documentation of evidence, assumptions, and outcomes.
Coordinate activities across the Enterprise AI opportunity pipeline by tracking progress, dependencies, actions, and risks.
Support use-case intake and assessment processes to help prioritise opportunities and route requests effectively through governance pathways.
Oversee the configuration and maintenance of adoption and measurement reporting, including Viva Insights and related analytics platforms.
Maintain programme governance artefacts such as RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and delivery plans.
Prepare clear reporting and updates for stakeholders to provide visibility of progress, risks, issues, and outcomes.
Work closely with programme, delivery, governance, and business teams to maintain alignment on measurable value.
Identify process improvements to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of the Enterprise AI operating model.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 adoption programmes or digital transformation initiatives.
Working familiarity with Viva Insights, Power BI, and workforce analytics platforms.
Experience in programme management, programme delivery, business analysis, or benefits tracking within a complex organisational environment.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail and delivery discipline.
Comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting to validate, explain, and challenge information.
Strong organisational skills with experience maintaining reporting cycles, governance artefacts, and documentation.
Analytical curiosity to understand performance drivers, adoption, and business outcomes.
Experience working with reporting and analysis tools like Excel and Power BI.
Excellent communication skills to tailor information for operational and senior stakeholder audiences.
Proactive, self-directed approach with the confidence to drive actions and follow through on deliverables.
Strong written communication skills to produce professional status reporting and programme updates.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of benefits tracking, value realisation, or programme performance measurement.
Microsoft AZ-900, DP-900, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar qualifications.
Experience working within a global organisation and coordinating distributed teams across multiple regions.
