Role Overview

Working within WPP's Enterprise Technology department in London, this role focuses on proving and maximising the value of strategic AI initiatives. The professional will collaborate with senior business stakeholders and functional leaders to shape investment choices and foster widespread adoption across global business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of value realisation for the Enterprise AI portfolio to guarantee measurable business outcomes and return on investment.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases, benefits frameworks, adoption metrics, and executive reports for senior transformation stakeholders.
Assume accountability for the successful adoption and long-term sustainability of AI solutions following go-live dates.
Manage the transition of the Enterprise AI opportunity pipeline into permanent in-house ownership by qualifying and prioritising demand before delivery.
Establish enterprise-wide adoption and measurement standards, including baselines, KPIs, and benchmarks across various business environments.
Lead the WPP Frontier Lab to evaluate emerging AI products and translate market changes into practical business recommendations.
Oversee the AI Hub demand funnel and agent registry to ensure efficient prioritisation and leverage of existing capabilities.
Define and implement the operating model for Enterprise AI to establish standard business-as-usual operations as artificial intelligence scales.
Represent AI adoption, value realisation, and programme outcomes at steering committees, programme boards, and senior leadership meetings.
Lead and develop a specialised team focused on value tracking, adoption measurement, and operational excellence.
Partner closely with delivery, governance, and business stakeholders to maintain an evidence-led approach.

Requirements

Significant professional background leading enterprise transformation, value realisation, programme delivery, or business change initiatives within large global organisations.
Proven track record of owning business cases, benefits frameworks, and post-implementation value measurement.
Demonstrated experience transitioning programmes from outsourced or partner-led delivery models into sustainable in-house ownership.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to build, challenge, and defend investment cases.
Direct working experience with senior stakeholders across internal functions like Finance, Shared Services, Tax, or Transformation.
Ability to influence at senior leadership levels while remaining effective with operational teams.
Excellent analytical capabilities with the confidence to challenge assumptions, methodologies, and reported outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for creating executive-ready materials and recommendations.
Experience leading distributed teams across complex stakeholder environments.
