Role Overview

Tillster seeks an experienced, technical, and customer-focused Program Manager / Project Manager to lead strategic client initiatives and enterprise-level project delivery across global markets. Serving as a primary liaison between the organization and major restaurant and hospitality brands, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations and business objectives. The successful candidate will drive project execution from kickoff through post-launch stabilization while understanding the impact of delivery on company revenue, reputation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with multinational organizations through professionalism, accountability, and consistent execution.
Lead customer-facing meetings, executive updates, and project reviews with confidence and clarity.
Coordinate with distributed global teams across multiple time zones.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource coordination.
Track project risks, dependencies, and action items while proactively identifying mitigation strategies.
Provide consistent communication to internal leadership and external stakeholders through status reports and executive summaries.
Support process optimization and operational efficiencies using modern tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, client services, account management, or customer-facing delivery roles.
Proven success managing large-scale customer initiatives and delivering projects in fast-paced environments.
Strong executive presence with exceptional presentation, organizational, analytical, and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with enterprise-level customers and stakeholders.
Experience creating and managing project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status reporting.
Demonstrated AI knowledge or learning ability regarding modern AI tools and platforms to improve project delivery.

Nice to Have

Experience in consultative sales, SaaS, hospitality, restaurant technology, digital commerce, or enterprise software environments.
Agile or Scrum experience.

Salary and Benefits

Expected base salary range of $110,000 to $135,000 USD per year, determined by lawful criteria and company policy.
Eligibility to participate in the Stock Option Plan for U.S. employees.

Ten paid holidays per calendar year.
