Role Overview

Tillster is hiring a remote Program Manager/Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the organization and major restaurant and hospitality brands. This position drives project execution from kickoff through post-launch stabilization while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals. The professional in this role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Design teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise customers throughout the complete project lifecycle.
Lead customer-facing meetings, executive presentations, project reviews, and status updates with clarity and confidence.
Develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, track milestones, and manage resource coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables while proactively creating mitigation strategies.
Coordinate distributed global teams operating across multiple time zones to maintain project momentum.
Support process optimization and operational efficiencies using modern tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Five or more years of experience in project management, program management, client services, account management, or a customer-facing delivery role.
Proven track record of managing large-scale customer initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Strong executive presence and communication skills to engage effectively with enterprise customers and leadership teams.
Demonstrated ability to create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, automation, and workflow optimization technologies.
Local candidate status in Portugal.

Nice to Have

Experience in restaurant technology, hospitality, digital commerce, consultative sales, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
Agile or Scrum experience.

Salary and Benefits
