About this role

Tillster is hiring a remote Program Manager or Project Manager based in Colombia to lead both internal and customer-facing strategic initiatives for global markets. This fully remote role is ideal for an organized professional with a strong background in client-facing program delivery and enterprise-level coordination.

Role Overview

The Program Manager/Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between Tillster and major restaurant and hospitality brands across the globe. This position focuses on driving enterprise-level project delivery to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations and revenue goals. The professional in this role will master the Tillster platform while collaborating with distributed global teams across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for enterprise clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
Lead customer-facing meetings, executive updates, presentations, and project reviews with clarity and confidence.
Track project risks, dependencies, and deliverables while proactively identifying mitigation strategies and solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional departments including Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Design teams.
Ensure accurate project documentation and support operational efficiencies through modern tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, client services, account management, or a customer-facing delivery role.
Experience developing and delivering plans that meet the needs of large, multi-national customers.
Proven success in managing large-scale customer initiatives and delivering projects in fast-paced settings.
Strong executive presence and communication skills suitable for interacting with customers, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with enterprise-level customers, brands, and franchisees.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn modern AI tools and platforms such as Copilot, OpenAI, Claude, automation, and analytics technologies.
Comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to evolving business needs.

Nice to Have

Experience working in consultative sales, SaaS, hospitality, restaurant technology, digital commerce, or enterprise software environments.
Agile or Scrum experience.
