Daily responsibilities involve coordinating resources, driving production schedules, and resolving issues in real time alongside engineers and supervisors. The role exists to maintain efficient factory operations, enforce safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives as the company scales humanoid robot production.
What you will do
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by leading through example.
- Assign daily tasks and manage resources to hit production schedules and quality targets.
- Monitor manufacturing flow and verify the readiness of lines, components, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality, equipment, or process issues as they arise.
- Complete accurate production documentation and conduct shift passdowns with cross-functional teams.
- Support employee training while stepping in for absent operators when necessary.
What you need
- Hold an Associate's degree or equivalent experience alongside a high school diploma or GED.
- Bring at least three years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate a minimum of one year of prior leadership experience.
- Possess hands-on assembly or production background in robotics, automotive, aerospace, or electronics.
- Communicate clearly, manage time effectively, and solve problems with high attention to detail.
- Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds, using hand tools, and handling chemicals with PPE.
