Requirements

Actively use and keep pace with modern AI tools like Claude Skills, Cowork, and Codex to support daily tasks.
Demonstrate the capability to evaluate trade-offs between scalable systems and alternative processes to guarantee successful results.
Possess robust communication skills suited for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, operating with high agency across multiple levels of the organization.
