Role Overview

As a Global Security Program Manager on the Global Safety and Security team, the professional in this position will bring consistency and resilience to physical security programs. Responsibilities include shaping security technology, managing vendor operations, driving incident readiness, and maintaining local execution. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Workplace, People, IT, Legal, and external building partners to ensure safety measures preserve a welcoming environment for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Launch a global physical security parity project within the first ninety days to establish shared visibility into regional practices, gaps, and priorities.
Leverage AI tools to draft clear communications, reduce repetitive tasks, and maintain accuracy in detail-heavy documentation.
Take full ownership of the physical security technology program by the end of the first year to optimize systems, operating practices, and data.
Own at least one major physical security or safety pillar, such as crisis management, event security, travel risk management, business continuity, guard force operations, or monitoring operations.
Deliver multiple international projects with clear planning, effective cross-regional coordination, and sound judgment.

Requirements

Demonstrated history of owning safety or physical security programs spanning multiple regions or sites, covering areas like access control, vendor operations, or incident response.
Strong project management expertise to guide complex international initiatives from ambiguity to clear execution and delivery.
Clear communication abilities suited for interacting with internal partners, building management, vendors, and local stakeholders.
Service-oriented mindset focused on building secure, inviting workplace experiences through curiosity, ownership, and good judgment.
