Role Overview

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager, Multi-Cloud Growth to join the Product Management, Support, and Operations department in San Francisco, CA. Operating on a hybrid policy where staff are expected in the office at least 25 percent of the time, this position focuses on expanding multi-cloud infrastructure and enterprise platform capabilities. The Anthropic Platform Organization aims to help builders transform their products and businesses with safe, reliable, and steerable artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Engage deeply with enterprise developers and technical leaders to understand integration needs, workflows, and pain points.
Define and execute the enterprise API strategy, balancing security requirements with developer experience.
Partner closely with engineering to build enterprise-grade API features, security controls, deployment tools, and compliance capabilities.
Collaborate across departments with sales, customer success, security, compliance, and marketing teams to support technical evaluations and market positioning.
Transform customer insights into actionable product requirements and roadmaps for features including authentication and rate limiting.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in high-scale, high-reliability developer-facing software.
5+ years of product management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
Proven history of shipping products with a hyperscaler partner or owning commercial outcomes such as a revenue number, margin target, or channel P&L.
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to manage cross-company stakeholders and drive clarity from complexity.

Nice to Have

Experience as a founder, GM, or early-stage operator owning commercial outcomes.
Direct product management experience at AWS, GCP, Azure, or at an ISV shipping through their marketplaces.
