Role Overview
Traba seeks a founding member of the Agents team to architect an autonomous agentic platform that operates inside manufacturing and logistics supply chains. The position reports directly to the VP of Product and operates as a zero-to-one product role at the frontier of applied artificial intelligence. The person in this role collaborates with founders, product engineers, machine learning teams, and design partners to define workflows and shape product strategy while model capabilities and constraints continue to evolve.

The compensation range is $150,000 to $190,000, accompanied by startup equity.
