Role Overview

The Product Manager, Agent Development (Spanish speaking) at Sierra in London is a full-time role focused on building and shaping enterprise-grade AI agents for global brands. This position suits an experienced technical product leader who is fluent in both Spanish and English and ready to drive strategic technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents that manage thousands of customer conversations daily.
Engage with all levels of customer businesses to discover requirements, present demonstrations, and address technical challenges.
Develop and improve virtual agents to anticipate customer needs and business processes while serving as trusted advisors.
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to scope and implement new features essential for customer success.

Requirements

Possess 5-7+ years of experience in the product development of highly technical products.
Hold past experience in Product Management or related product development roles at or above the level of Senior Product Manager.
Demonstrate experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers, including corporate executives.
Communicate highly technical concepts, including recent artificial intelligence developments, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Maintain professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
Hold a degree in a technical or related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

Bring AI-related experience, specifically including product development for AI agents.
Possess some coding experience utilizing React, TypeScript, and Go.
Hold an MBA or equivalent professional experience.
Bring past experience in roles that directly interface with end customers to influence software development.
