Role Overview

As a Product Manager focusing on Agent Development at Sierra, the selected individual will take charge of creating and deploying sophisticated customer-facing AI agents. Working from the London office, this professional will collaborate closely with engineering teams and international clients to manage high-volume customer conversations daily. The position requires guiding strategic technical initiatives and ensuring virtual agents seamlessly adapt to evolving business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and launch enterprise-grade AI agents in partnership with engineers and clients.
Interact with business leaders across all levels to discover, assess, and document requirements.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and resolve technical challenges during business workflows.
Refine and enhance Sierra virtual agents to accurately anticipate customer needs.
Act as a trusted advisor, steering strategic technical direction for clients.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope and implement vital feature updates.

Requirements

Possess 5 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in product development focused on highly technical products.
Hold past experience in Product Management or related product development functions at or above the Senior Product Manager level.
Demonstrate proficiency in crafting and delivering targeted messages to potential clients and executives.
Exhibit the ability to communicate complex technical concepts, including recent AI advancements, to diverse audiences.
Hold a degree in a technical discipline or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

Background in artificial intelligence, ideally with product development for AI agents.
Coding familiarity using React, TypeScript, and Go.
An MBA or equivalent professional experience for those looking to expand into broader business domains.
Prior roles involving direct interaction with end customers to directly influence software development.
