Sierra is seeking a Product Manager, Agent Development - Healthcare to join the team in San Francisco, CA. This full-time position suits an experienced product professional passionate about transforming the patient and member experience through advanced AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

Build enterprise-grade AI agents for healthcare by partnering directly with engineers and customers to ship solutions handling thousands of daily conversations.
Conduct ground-up discovery by working closely with providers, payers, revenue cycle management companies, and pharmaceutical firms to uncover new use cases.
Engage with customers at all business levels to assess requirements, present product demonstrations, and address technical challenges.
Shape the core platform and healthcare roadmap by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools, and collaborating across research and product teams.

Requirements

Possess 5-7+ years of experience in product development focused on highly technical products.
Bring past experience in Product Management or related roles at or above the level of Senior Product Manager.
Demonstrate the ability to craft and tailor messages for potential customers and corporate executives.
Communicate complex technical concepts, including recent AI developments, effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Hold a degree in a technical or related field, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
Show a genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient and member experiences.

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or working directly with healthcare organizations.
Solid understanding of healthcare compliance requirements such as HIPAA, PHI handling, and data privacy.
Artificial intelligence-related product experience, specifically with AI agents.
Coding familiarity with React, TypeScript, and Go.
An MBA or equivalent professional experience.
Past roles involving direct interaction with end customers to influence software development.
