Role Overview

Sierra is hiring a Product Manager for Agent Development based in London to lead the creation and delivery of advanced customer-facing AI agents. This full-time position suits an experienced product leader with strong technical expertise and professional fluency in German and English who wants to shape enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with internal engineering teams and global clients to design and launch AI agents capable of managing thousands of daily customer interactions.
Meet directly with client executives and technical teams to gather requirements, deliver software demonstrations, and resolve complex integration challenges.
Translate customer business processes and needs into continuous product improvements and tailored virtual agent functionalities.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, guiding their technical implementation strategies.
Collaborate with product development and engineering departments to scope, prioritize, and build essential new platform features.

Requirements

Possess 5 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in the product development of highly technical software solutions.
Bring previous professional experience functioning in a Senior Product Manager or comparable product development role.
Demonstrate the capability to tailor messaging and present sophisticated concepts to potential enterprise clients and executives.
Communicate advanced technical topics, including modern artificial intelligence breakthroughs, effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain professional fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
Hold a degree in a technical or related discipline, or present equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

Background in artificial intelligence product development, particularly involving customer service AI agents.
Practical coding background utilizing React, TypeScript, and Go.
Hold an MBA or possess equivalent professional experience enabling broader participation in business strategy.
Prior experience working directly with end-users to guide software creation.
