Role Overview

Sierra is seeking a Product Manager for Agent Development with French fluency to join the team in London. This full-time position suits an experienced product professional with a technical background who excels at building enterprise-grade software and engaging directly with global customers.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with engineers and clients to build and deliver AI agents capable of managing thousands of customer interactions daily.
Meet with various levels of customer businesses to assess requirements, present agent demos, and solve technical challenges.
Continuously evolve virtual agents to anticipate business needs and establish strategic technical roadmaps.
Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to scope and launch new features driven by customer feedback.

Requirements

Possess 5 to 7 years or more of experience in the product development of highly technical products.
Bring past product management or similar development experience at or above the Senior Product Manager level.
Demonstrated ability to tailor messaging and present complex concepts, including recent AI developments, to both executive and non-technical audiences.
Professional fluency in both spoken and written French and English.
Hold a degree in a technical or related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

Background in AI-related product development, particularly with AI agents.
Coding familiarity with React, TypeScript, and Go.
Hold an MBA or have equivalent professional experience allowing for broader business contributions.
Previous customer-facing roles that directly influenced software development cycles.
