Role Overview

Sierra is hiring a Product Manager for Agent Development to work out of the London office. In this position, the professional collaborates closely with engineering teams and corporate clients to build and deploy conversational AI agents handling thousands of customer interactions daily. The individual shapes the product roadmap by identifying client needs, solving technical challenges, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with engineers and clients to create enterprise-grade AI agents managing massive daily customer conversations.
Engage directly with customer leadership to discover requirements, run product demonstrations, and resolve technical business process challenges.
Continuously improve and adapt virtual agents to match evolving business processes and client expectations.
Drive strategic technical plans and help position clients for long-term success.
Collaborate with internal product development and engineering groups to scope and launch new features requested by users.

Requirements

Possess 5 to 7 years or more of direct experience in product development focused on highly technical products.
Hold past experience in Product Management or comparable product development functions at or above the Senior Product Manager level.
Demonstrate an ability to craft and tailor messaging effectively for potential clients and executive stakeholders.
Communicate complex technical concepts—including recent artificial intelligence developments—clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Complete a degree in a technical or related discipline, or bring equivalent professional experience to the position.

Nice to Have

Background in artificial intelligence product development, particularly involving AI agents.
Coding familiarity using React, TypeScript, and Go.
Holding an MBA or equivalent professional experience to handle broader business responsibilities.
Previous roles involving direct interfacing with end customers to steer software development.
