Role Overview
As an Agent Product Manager at Sierra, the selected individual will collaborate directly with software engineers and enterprise clients to construct and launch AI agents capable of managing thousands of daily customer conversations. This position requires active engagement with clients at all organizational levels to assess requirements, present product demonstrations, and resolve technical challenges. The successful candidate will guide strategic technical planning and help shape future product roadmap features in partnership with internal development teams.
