Key Responsibilities

Build, ship, and maintain features that form the core product of Eve.
Collaborate closely with the team to understand user requirements, define new features, and determine implementation strategies.
Own end-to-end problems across backend systems or user-facing experiences, coordinating across frontend, backend, ML, design, and product.
Design and develop AI-native solutions that streamline every aspect of law firm operations.
Maintain a rapid shipping cadence, iterating continuously based on real-world usage and direct customer engagement.

Requirements

A strong background in product ownership with a proven track record of creating incredible products.
Deep expertise in either front-end or back-end development, with front-end engineers excelling at intuitive user experiences and back-end engineers demonstrating strength in distributed systems, scalability, and performance.
Full-stack versatility is considered an added advantage.
Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in building production applications using artificial intelligence.
A high value placed on speed, efficiency, and iterating rapidly based on real-world usage.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
