Partner with Product Management to translate new offerings into sellable, billable constructs aligned with commercial strategy.
Define, monitor, and report on SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics for commercialization activities.
Own the full SKU lifecycle in CPQ, including creation, testing, release, modification, and deprecation.
Lead a structured cross-functional SKU audit, rationalize the catalog, and establish ongoing governance including intake workflows and taxonomy standards.
Coordinate launch readiness for new products and pricing changes to ensure Sales, Deal Desk, and Contract Operations are fully prepared before market release.

Requirements

Proven track record leading cross-functional process improvement or transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-ready documentation, SOPs, and business cases.
Project management discipline with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Willingness to travel quarterly for team meetings, approximately 10 to 20 percent of the time.

Familiarity with AI and automation concepts applied to commercial operations, quoting, or contract workflows.
Experience conducting SKU or product catalog rationalization audits in complex, multi-product environments.
