Maintain a hands-on approach by writing prompts, wiring connectors, and evaluating system outputs to unblock progress.
Empower sales representatives to sell faster and more accurately by leveraging market data, past offers, and content.
Collaborate closely with adjacent teams building AI agents to ensure a consistent user experience across the board.
Drive key outcomes such as increased win rates, higher volumes of qualified conversations, and reduced time spent on administrative tasks.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product role or equivalent product ownership within a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, with experience building AI products or a deep desire to understand LLM-based systems and agents in production.
A hands-on builder mindset with comfort working close to the engine room, including prompts, connectors, skills, and evaluations.
Strong interest in the sales and insurance domain, with a willingness to learn how guarantees and consumption terms work.
Demonstrated ability in product execution, setting measurable goals, prioritizing effectively, and shipping iteratively.
Excellent capability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds by translating engineering constraints into sales realities.
Proven skill in influencing without full authority and rallying stakeholders around ambitious new bets.
Strong written communication skills in both internal and external contexts.
Fluency in both French and English.
