What you will do
- Develop, prototype, and productionize innovative machine learning models utilizing supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement techniques.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on massive datasets to support model building and large language model integration.
- Translate large sets of data into meaningful solutions combining analytics and marketing management principles.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including business and engineering teams to align strategies within the focus area.
- Design and implement stable, scalable, fault-tolerant, and self-healing data flow solutions from production systems to end-user applications.
- Harness enormous volumes of data at scale using distributed machine learning and statistical algorithms.
What you need
- Possess 10 or more years of progressive experience in demand forecasting, ordering, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain domains.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leading large-scale programs and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Show advanced proficiency in SQL, business intelligence tools, and statistical modeling alongside machine learning applications.
- Communicate complex data insights effectively to executive audiences while influencing without formal authority.
- Bring relevant background experience from the e-commerce or retail industry with global or multi-market exposure.
