About this role

The team at G-P builds a SaaS-based Global Employment Platform designed to help clients expand into over 180 countries without the complexities of establishing local entities. As the Principal Product Program Manager, the incoming systems-thinker will translate ambitious company goals into a structured system view to drive major outcomes and operationalize frameworks on the ground. The role exists to manage complex concurrent programs and provide the engine of execution, specifically navigating the unique pacing and unpredictability of scaling AI initiatives and agentic workflows.

Candidates who thrive in this environment are forward-thinking leaders who can maintain objective oversight while building trust quickly and mobilizing teams in ambiguous settings. The position suits individuals who excel at establishing execution rhythms, communicating delivery health through clear reporting systems, and adapting traditional program management methods to account for ongoing experimentation.

What you will do

  • Manage multiple concurrent programs of varying size and complexity while maintaining objective oversight of delivery success.
  • Ensure technical capabilities and targeted outcomes adhere strictly to the established Program Playbook.
  • Establish consistent execution rhythms and operational rituals to drive decision-making, remove blockers, and clarify ownership.
  • Act as an information radiator by utilizing transparent reporting systems to communicate delivery health, milestone tracking, and look-ahead risk analysis.
  • Integrate AI and agentic tools into daily workflows to automate RAID logs and synthesize status updates into concise executive summaries.
  • Adapt traditional program management practices to govern the inherent unpredictability and experimentation cycles of AI development.
  • Maintain a centralized work hub using tools such as Jira and Confluence to track initiative status, critical paths, and dependencies.
  • Identify delivery roadblocks across complex environments and quickly escalate risks to ensure timely resolution.

What you need

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience spanning SaaS product development, program management, and release management.
  • Demonstrate direct hands-on experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and the application of AI or agentic workflows for program optimization.
  • Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a closely related technical field.
  • Show a proven ability to earn trust rapidly, mobilize teams, and establish clear direction amidst high levels of ambiguity.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to deliver difficult messages with grace, resolve interpersonal conflicts, and adapt swiftly to operational changes.
  • Bring working familiarity and experience with industry-standard project management software platforms including Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.

Nice to have

  • Deep proficiency in the evolving AI landscape including large language models, generative AI, and agentic frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technology capabilities into practical and future-proof program management strategies
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills for clear communication across all organizational levels
