Principal Product Manager, Core AI
About this role
Payoneer needs a senior product leader to help build and scale the Core AI Platform, removing friction across the organization so teams can adopt AI safely and effectively. This hire will solve the challenge of fragmentation by creating reusable patterns, robust governance, and scalable infrastructure that allow product, engineering, and business units to ship trusted AI capabilities faster.
Working alongside engineering, data, security, and architecture teams, the principal product manager will own the platform roadmap from discovery through adoption and iteration. Responsibilities include defining secure orchestration layers, managing LLM integrations, and delivering agentic workflows that transform internal operations and customer experiences alike.
An ideal candidate brings deep technical intuition, strong execution skills, and a systems-level mindset capable of bridging complex infrastructure with tangible business outcomes. What you will do
- Own the strategic roadmap for one or more Core AI Platform domains, translating ambiguous business requirements into clear execution milestones.
- Define and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant platform capabilities across AI infrastructure, governance, evaluation, APIs, and orchestration.
- Partner hands-on with engineering, data, security, and architecture groups to make practical build, buy, partner, and integrate decisions.
- Lead the delivery of AI-native solutions that demonstrate measurable improvements in engineering productivity and workflow automation.
- Convert early architectural solutions into reusable patterns, templates, and components for broader internal adoption.
- Drive and track the active adoption of platform tools and services across complex, cross-functional organizational units.
What you need
- Bring seven or more years of product management experience with meaningful ownership over technical, platform, developer, AI, data, infrastructure, or enterprise products.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to define product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans within highly technical environments.
- Possess a strong understanding of modern artificial intelligence technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, and AI platform architectures.
- Show direct experience partnering hands-on with engineering, data, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams.
- Exhibit a history of successfully driving the adoption of platform capabilities across complex organizations.
- Act as a senior individual contributor capable of leading complex product domains through every stage from discovery to iteration.
