Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to shape technical strategy and execute roadmap delivery.
Recruit, mentor, and develop exceptional engineers and managers while cultivating a culture of high speed and precision.
Multiply team effectiveness by establishing conditions that foster autonomy, clarity, and personal ownership.

Requirements

Demonstrated track record of successfully leading multiple engineering teams or engineering managers within a high-growth startup environment or equivalent setting.
Possess a hands-on builder mindset with the ability to dive into technical specifics when necessary while establishing leverage for others.
Strong business and product intuition alongside a deep passion for transforming industries through artificial intelligence.
Leadership approach centered on coaching, empowering, and enabling engineers to operate with pride and ownership.
